Manama, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, inaugurated the annual Human Resources Management Conference 2024, organised by Rochcom, in the presence of Schrader Rochcom, Chairman of the Rochcom. International experts in human resources development from various governmental and private institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries participated in the event. The conference included workshops on leadership excellence, administrative organisation and other fields of human resources for government and private institutions and their role in developing administrative skills and innovation and their reflection on improving the performance of functional cadres and their excellence and increasing productivity. The conference reviewed the development of administrative leadership that contributes to the success of institutions and their goals. It also emphasised the importance of supporting capacity buildin g through activities, such as this forum, which also contribute to boosting Bahrain's status in holding specialised conferences. His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman honoured the participating individuals, companies, and speakers at the conference, as well as the institutions and companies that apply the best practices in the field of human resources development.
