Lebanese Army Commander General Joseph Aoun met Friday with visiting French Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations General Thierry Caretta. The Lebanese Army said in a statement that the meeting discussed means to enhance military cooperation between the two countries, in addition to the general situation in Lebanon and the region, and developments on the southern border.
