Beirut: Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam met Monday with the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Lebanon, Imran Riza, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative B. Aliko. The meeting focused on various discussions concerning UN programs in Lebanon.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Lebanese government stated that the discussions primarily revolved around UN initiatives related to the economy. The discussions also included potential initiatives aimed at reviving economic life in the country.
