Libya's Presidential Council Chairman Mohamed Al Menfi discussed Thursday with Commander of the US Africa Command (AFRICOM) General Michael Langley, the partnership between the two countries to serve common goals and interests. The meeting also discussed means to develop security and military cooperation between the two countries, including the exchange of expertise in the field of combating terrorism and organized crime, and monitoring and controlling borders.
