A limited cabinet reshuffle was announced in Kuwait on Tuesday. An Amiri decree was issued Tuesday appointing Jalal Sayed Abdulmuhsin Al-Tabtabae as Minister of Education, and Tareq Sulieman Ahmad Al-Roumi as Minister of OIL. According to Kuwait News Agency, the two ministers took the constitutional oath before HH Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in the presence of HH Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and HH Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
