Doha: Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF) gives significant priority to investment in human capital as a core pillar for the future of Qatari sports, said HE Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the Qatar Equestrian Tour (Longines Hathab), Sheikh Ahmed bin Nouh Al-Thani, speaking on the margins of the launch of competitions of the ninth Longines Hathab at the QEF's indoor arena, last Thursday.
According to Qatar News Agency, His Excellency highlighted that these tours form one of the key pillars in the QEF's strategy to build a robust base for equestrian sport through exploring and refining national talent to be fully primed for both regional and global participation, in alignment with Qatar's sport aspirations that manifest the federation's commitment to supporting riders and upgrading their competitive levels domestically and internationally.
