Mekdam Holding Group Net Profit Rose 7.46 Percent in 2025

Doha: Mekdam Holding Group revealed a net profit of QAR 41.81 million in 2025, compared to QAR 38.90 million in 2024, marking an increase of 7.46 percent. Its earnings per share amounted to QAR 0.261 in 2025 versus QAR 0.243 in 2024.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Board of Directors proposed to the General Assembly the distribution of dividends to shareholders at a total rate of 21% of the Company's share capital, equating to QAR 0.1475 per share. Additionally, a distribution at a rate of 6.25% is to be issued at a ratio of one new share for every 16 existing shares held by shareholders.

HE Chairman of Mekdam, Sheikh Mohamed bin Nawaf bin Nasser bin Khaled Al-Thani, commented on this strategic milestone, noting that FY 2025 marks a pivotal chapter in Mekdam's journey. The company has achieved balanced growth across its operations, reinforcing its leadership in advancing Qatar's technological and infrastructural goals. These results highlight the resilience of Mekdam's integrated business model and the dedication of its team, setting the stage for continued success in the future.
