Mekdam Holding’s Net Profits Rise by 7.3 Percent in 2024

Doha: Mekdam Holding, a Qatari public shareholding company, reported a 7.3 percent increase in net profits, reaching QAR 38.9 million in 2024, compared to QAR 36.3 million in 2023.

According to Qatar News Agency, data published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website today revealed that the earnings per share for the period ending December 31, 2024, were QAR 0.288, down from QAR 0.335 the previous year.

In response to these results, the Board of Directors announced a recommendation to the General Assembly to distribute dividends in the form of bonus shares, proposing a distribution of 5 bonus shares for every 27 shares held, equivalent to approximately 0.185 bonus shares per existing share on the date of the General Assembly meeting.
