Meta has announced that small businesses and creatives can benefit from the tremendous capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) by generating smart digital copies, digital twins, that act as virtual agents that represent, contribute to increase productivity, help reduce workload, and improve communication with the public. Founder of Facebook and CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg said that AI has enormous potential that can be used in several areas, including digital twins, as creators cannot interact with their communities throughout the day in the way that society wants and digital twins can play this role and respond to direct messages, chat with followers, and perform other tasks. He added that AI enables people to build digital agents trained on material that represents them in the way they want. He pointed out that people could create their own agents for all different kinds of uses. Some will be sort of customized utility things, and some of them will be entertainment. Zuckerberg said that they eventu ally want to be able to pull in all content from creators and small businesses and very quickly stand up as a business agent and be able to interact with their customers and do sales and customer support.
