Doha: Weather inshore tonight until 6:00 am on Tuesday will see moderate temperature during the day with scattered clouds, and will be cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with a weak chance of light rain at the eastern area, according to the report. According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds ranging from 06 to 16 knots. Offshore winds will also be northwesterly to northeasterly, blowing at speeds of 05 to 15 knots, with potential gusts reaching up to 19 knots in certain areas initially. The sea state is reported to be calm inshore with waves between 1 to 3 feet. Offshore, the sea state is predicted to be slightly rougher, with waves between 2 to 4 feet, potentially rising to 5 feet in some areas at first. Visibility both inshore and offshore is expected to range between 5 to 10 kilometers.
