Doha: October 23 - The Military Parade Center celebrated the conclusion of the 38th Infantry Competition of the Qatari Armed Forces for the year 2024, under the patronage of HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah and in the presence of HE Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces Lieutenant General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit. Several forces, branches, and units participated in the competition, with the General Command Support Force Company securing first place in the overall competition evaluation. The Military Police Command, the Parade Center Company, and the Armed Forces Music Battalion came in second place, while the Ahmed Bin Mohamed Military College Company took third place. The competition's closing ceremony was attended by a number of senior commanders and officers from the armed forces. Source: Qatar News Agency
