Baghdad: HE Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, who is currently visiting Iraq, met Friday in Baghdad with HE Iraqi Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al Badran. This meeting took place on the sidelines of the launch of the 26th Baghdad International Book Fair, where the State of Qatar has been honored as the Guest of Honor this year. According to Qatar News Agency, the ministers discussed aspects of joint cooperation between Qatar and Iraq in the cultural field. They explored various ways to develop these cultural ties further, aiming to strengthen the relationship between the two nations through shared cultural initiatives and projects.
