Doha: He Minister of Education and HigHer Education Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater Held a series of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of Her participation in Doha Forum 2025. These meetings were part of the Ministry's efforts to enhance international cooperation in the fields of education, protecting students' rights, and capacity building.

According to Qatar News Agency, Her Excellency met with HEHE Commissioner for Human Rights of the Ukrainian Parliament Dmytro Lubinets, wHere they discussed several topics of mutual interest, primarily the protection of educational institutions and students' rights in conflict zones, and reviewed initiatives aimed at promoting safe and supportive learning environments.

Her Excellency also met with HE Minister of Social Affairs and Labor of the Syrian Arab Republic, Dr. Hind Kabawat. Their meeting addressed aspects of cooperation, the exchange of expertise and best practices in the field of human capacity building for youth and students, and ways to strengthen programs that support their empowerment.

In the same context, HE the Minister of Education and HigHer Education met with HE Vice President for Medical Affairs of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Foundation, Oguljahan Atabaeva. During the meeting, they reviewed prospects for cooperation in special education and discussed programs and initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering students with disabilities in various educational aspects.

Her Excellency also met with Rector of HSE University in Russia. They discussed avenues for cooperation in higHer education and scientific research, the development of joint academic programs, and the exchange of expertise, all of which contribute to capacity building and expanding opportunities for students and researcHers.
