Washington: HE Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met with HE President of the Islamic Development Bank Group Dr Mohammed bin Sulaiman Al Jasser on the sidelines of the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. The meeting focused on reviewing the relations between the two parties and exploring opportunities to enhance and develop them in key shared investment and financial sectors. Various topics of mutual interest were also discussed.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE Minister of Finance also engaged in discussions with Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Christian Sewing during the same event. The meeting centered around topics related to shared interests, particularly focusing on financial and economic matters. The meetings underscore a commitment to fostering collaboration and exploring new avenues for cooperation in the financial sector.
