Geneva: HE Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri met on Wednesday with HE Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Gilbert Houngbo. The meeting focused on exploring avenues of cooperation between the State of Qatar and the ILO, aiming to strengthen and develop these relations in the foreseeable future.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, HE Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri also addressed the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on Doha. He described this as a blatant violation of national sovereignty and international law. In response, Dr. Al Marri called upon the ILO to take decisive measures to condemn the aggression and to stand firmly against the Israeli attacks.
