Doha: HE Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri met on Monday with HE Minister of Labour in charge of Formalization and Social Protection of the Republic of Djibouti Omar Abdi Said, who is visiting the country. The meeting addressed avenues for bilateral cooperation in the labour sector and discussed ways to enhance and further develop joint initiatives.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on strengthening the ties between the two countries in the labour sector. Both ministers explored potential collaborative efforts to improve workforce management and social protection measures. The meeting underscored the commitment of both nations to fostering mutual growth and sharing best practices in labour formalization and social protection.
