Riyadh: HE Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiyah has participated in the opening of the fifth edition of the "Real Estate Future Forum 2026," held under the theme "Expanding Horizons: Real Estate Thriving," in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from January 26 to 28.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Minister's participation aims to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise at regional and international levels in real estate development and urban planning. This involvement seeks to learn about global practices that support city development according to international standards.
During the forum, His Excellency attended several panel discussions. These covered topics such as real estate ownership opportunities for non-Saudis and their economic impact, prominent real estate investment opportunities, and global market trends. Other discussions focused on public-private partnerships in urban development, the future of urban planning and design, and the role of modern real estate technologies in developing cities and building green buildings, which aims to enhance quality of life and support sustainable urban development.
The Real Estate Future Forum is recognized as an international platform specializing in the real estate sector. It sees participation from decision-makers, experts, and investors representing over 140 countries, alongside approximately 300 speakers, including government and executive leaders, experts in public and private sectors, and influential figures at both local and international levels.
