Doha: HE Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya met with HE Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment of the Republic of Cyprus, Dr Maria Panayiotou. During the meeting, the two parties discussed ways to develop bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, particularly in the agriculture and food security sectors, thus contributing to joint efforts to achieve sustainable development and exchanging expertise and experiences between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing collaboration to achieve sustainable development goals. The exchange of expertise and experiences was highlighted as a critical area of mutual interest, aiming to strengthen the relationship between the two nations.
