Doha: HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi met on Sunday with HE Minister of Mines and Energy of the Republic of Colombia Edwin Palma Egea. During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in the energy field, as well as ways to develop them.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on enhancing collaboration in the energy sector, exploring opportunities for joint ventures, and sharing expertise to strengthen the energy ties between Qatar and Colombia. The discussions also aimed at identifying new avenues for partnership and investment in energy projects of mutual interest.

Both ministers expressed their commitment to furthering the dialogue and cooperation to achieve sustainable growth and development in the energy industry. The meeting is part of ongoing efforts to bolster international partnerships and exchange knowledge in the energy sector.
