Doha: HE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed, met separately on Sunday with HE Undersecretary for Industry and Security at United States' (US) Department of Commerce, Jeffrey Kessler, and Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Michael Kratsios, during their visit to Qatar. The meetings focused on strengthening economic and trade relations between the State of Qatar and the US.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also covered aspects of cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technologies. The aim is to support innovation and economic development, highlighting the importance of collaborative efforts in these areas.
