Doha: HE Minister of State for Interior Affairs Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Thani held separate meetings with HE Minister of Interior of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mahmoud Tawfik and HE Minister of Interior of the Republic of Iraq Lt Gen Abdul Amir Kamel Al-Shammari. These meetings occurred in conjunction with His Excellency's participation in the 42nd session of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, scheduled to begin in Tunis tomorrow.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions during both meetings encompassed topics of mutual interest and explored avenues to enhance and develop cooperation in security-related fields. The meetings underscored the commitment to fostering stronger ties and collaborative efforts in addressing regional security challenges.
