Doha: HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met Monday with HE Minister of Economy and Labor of the Republic of North Macedonia Besar Durmishi, who is on a visit to Qatar. Discussions during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and means to support and develop them, enhancing development cooperation between the two countries in addition to a number of topics of common interest.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting was attended by HE Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Ahmed Al Asiri. The focus was on reinforcing economic ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration in various sectors. Both parties expressed their commitment to strengthening the partnership between Qatar and North Macedonia, emphasizing the importance of continuous dialogue and cooperation.

The discussions also highlighted the potential for joint initiatives in areas such as trade, investment, and workforce development. The meeting underscored the significance of mutual support in achieving sustainable development goals and fostering international cooperation.
