Doha: HE Minister of Transport Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti met on Thursday with HE President of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Council Salvatore Sciacchitano. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance Qatar-ICAO relations in civil aviation, key air transportation facilitation issues, as well as contributing to environment protection issues and carbon emissions mitigation research and development. Mohammed Faleh Al Hajri, in charge of managing the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the ICAO Council Essa Abdulla Al Malki, and Director of Air Transport Bureau at the ICAO Mohamed Khalifa Rahma attended the meeting.
