Doha: Represented by the Department of Qualifying and Skills Development, the Ministry of Labour hosted a closing ceremony on Monday to honor the participants of its training course on optimizing the use of Microsoft programs and artificial intelligence (AI) tools. During the course, job-seekers received hands-on instruction on using Microsoft programs to boost workplace efficiency, alongside guidance on leveraging various artificial intelligence applications to enhance their professional capabilities.

According to Qatar News Agency, this initiative is part of the Ministry's broader efforts to equip job-seekers with essential skills, thereby improving their employability and readiness for opportunities in the labor market. It also aligns with the Third National Development Strategy, which seeks to increase the proportion of the national workforce, boost the representation of Qatari nationals in both the private and public sectors, and drive a transformational shift towards a more productive labor market.
