MOEHE Announces the Exams Results for the Academic Year 2020-2021

HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Wahed Al Hammadi, Minister of Education and Higher Education, approved the results of the first round of the General Secondary Certificate exams, yesterday morning, in the presence of HE Dr. Ibrahim bin Saleh Al Nuaimi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE), and Mr. Khalid Al Harqan, Assistant Undersecretary for the Evaluation Affairs at the Ministry, and senior officials at MOEHE.

According to the result of the exams, which 12,151 students sat for, under the policy of the new tracks, reached 88.48% for daytime students in the scientific track. The success rate for the track of arts and humanities was 76.06% for daytime students and 83% for the technology track. The overall success rate rearched 85%.

In addition, the success rate was 88.2% for students of the Religious Institute, 75.8% at Qatar Technical Secondary School for Boys, 100% at Qatar Secondary Schools of Banking and Business Administration, and 42% for students of the parallel track and adult education.

Moreover, 5548 male and female students achieved 75% or above, while 1820 male and female students failed, and they will have the opportunity to apply for the second round exams on August 18.
