Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) plans to announce on May 6 the results of the student project competitions in the "I Am a Pioneer" program in its second edition for the academic year 2023-2024, with the selection of the winning teams in the different areas of the program. The "I Am a Pioneer" program targets public school students enrolled in Business Administration in the eleventh grade. It seeks to empower and develop innovative entrepreneurs from public schools by providing training and supervision in supporting and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among students. In the closing ceremony that the MoEHE will hold on May 6 in cooperation with Qatar Development Bank, 176 male and female students participated with 33 innovative projects in various investment and commercial fields. They were presented to the jury after being refined and sorted out according to the required standards, which included the method of effective presentation and participation, explanation of the project idea, definition of the problem, setting of the budget, and reviewing of the proposed solutions within a specific time frame, in addition to the business model and the competitive advantage of the project.
