Doha: The Ministry of Interior (MOI), represented by the General Directorate of Passports, has successfully concluded a training course focused on enhancing skills in detecting document forgery and identity theft.
According to Qatar News Agency, the training was attended by personnel from various MOI departments and included representatives from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states. The primary objective of the course was to enhance the participants' abilities in forgery detection and identity verification. Additionally, it aimed to foster cooperation and facilitate the exchange of security expertise among relevant agencies within GCC countries.
The course concluded with Brig. Khalid Jassim Al Zaini, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department at the General Directorate of Passports, presenting certificates of participation to the trainees, recognizing their efforts and commitment to improving their skills in these critical areas.
