Morocco Secure FIFA Arab Cup 2025 with 3-2 Victory over Jordan

Morocco: Morocco clinched the FIFA Arab Cup 2025 title with a 3-2 win over Jordan after extra time in the final at Lusail Stadium, witnessed by a record crowd.

According to Qatar News Agency, Oussama Tannane scored an early goal for Morocco in the fourth minute, while Abdulrazak Hamdallah added two more in the 89th and 100th minutes. Jordan's Ali Olwan scored twice, including a penalty, in the 48th and 68th minutes.

Morocco dominated early, but Jordan gradually equalised and even took the lead through a VAR-awarded penalty. In the final minutes of regulation, Hamdallah restored parity, sending the match into extra time, where he scored the decisive goal to secure Morocco's second Arab Cup title, their first since 2012.

For Jordan, reaching the final marked a historic first appearance at this stage of the tournament.
