Rabat: The Arab Table Tennis Federation has announced that Morocco will host the Arab Table Tennis Championship 2025, set to take place from September 10 to 18. The event will feature competitions in team, singles, doubles, and mixed doubles categories, encompassing various age groups including men's and women's teams born in 2005 and older, as well as youth and junior teams under 19, 17, 15, 13, and 11.
According to Qatar News Agency, international referee Abdullah Boujaham has been appointed as the tournament's general referee, with either international referee Abdelhadi Boukhira or Ahmed Benamou serving as the assistant referee. The tournament draw is scheduled for September 10, while the training hall will be available from September 9.
In other developments, the Arab Table Tennis Federation, led by Qatari Khalil Al Mohannadi, has also announced the dates for the 36th edition of the Arab Clubs Championship in the Sultanate of Oman. This event is scheduled from August 30 to September 4, further showcasing the federation's ongoing efforts to promote table tennis across the region.
