Msheireb Properties Unveils Ramadan 2025 Programme at Msheireb Downtown Doha

Doha: Msheireb Properties has announced a diverse activities programme for the holy month of Ramadan 2025 at Msheireb Downtown Doha. This year's comprehensive programme will include a variety of cultural and heritage activities to celebrate the holy month. The beating heart of the capital will host numerous celebrations, becoming a vibrant centre for community interaction, in celebration of the distinctive traditional Ramadan atmosphere. According to Qatar News Agency, Dr. Hafiz Ali Abdulla, Senior Director of Corporate Communication at Msheireb Properties, emphasized the company's commitment to providing interactive spaces that unite community members. He highlighted that the values of solidarity and harmony during Ramadan are integral to Msheireb Properties' vision. The programme offers a unique experience for Iftar and Suhoor meals at "Barahat Msheireb," featuring an open buffet and live cooking stations for a variety of cuisines, organized by Mandarin Oriental Doha. The programme's atmosphere will be en hanced by the melodies of oud, qanun, and nay instruments, alongside the scents of bakhoor. Attendees will have the opportunity to take home calligraphy artworks created by a professional calligrapher as souvenirs. The activities are designed to engage families, promoting enjoyment and participation across all age groups in line with the family bonding values of Ramadan. The 'Illuminating Traditions: Site-Wide Activations' component will showcase distinctive installations and light shows throughout Msheireb Downtown Doha. Additionally, the Giving Hands Initiative, in cooperation with Qatar Charity, will feature an interactive art installation symbolizing Ramadan's values of generosity and giving, with illuminated displays responding to charitable contributions. Sponsored by MASTERCARD and in partnership with Qatar TV, activities at "Company House" within Msheireb Museums will recreate family gatherings from the past, featuring a traditional homestyle menu prepared with Park Hyatt Hotel and Chef Hamad Al-Haj ri. A photographic exhibition will display rare images of Msheireb's historical journey. A children's space, sponsored by the "Qatar Reads" initiative, will offer storytelling sessions and workshops to connect younger generations with Qatari traditions. Msheireb Downtown Doha mosques will host sessions with renowned scholars and Quran reciters, focusing on community bonds and understanding the significance of Ramadan through discussions and Quran recitations. The programme will also celebrate Garangao, the mid-Ramadan night cherished by children, with activities that blend traditional and contemporary entertainment.
