Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, met with the fifth batch of the national leadership programme “HiPO Youth”, which is organised by the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and INJAZ Bahrain.
The minister expressed his pride in the capabilities of Bahraini youth in various sectors and stressed their contribution to boosting the quality of services provided and productivity.
He hailed the approach of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in honing the capabilities of young Bahrainis and creating opportunities for youth energies.
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, the Director General of Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), affirmed the institute’s keenness on taking social responsibility in empowering Bahraini youth.
Dr. Rana added that the programme contributed to providing a suitable environment for refining the skills of youth to boost the advancement of various sectors in Bahrain.
