Manama, Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, the Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Minister, inaugurated Saar Park in Block 525. The project is part of the ministry's broader initiative to provide integrated public and recreational facilities across the Kingdom. Minister Al Mubarak emphasised the ministry's commitment to expanding parks and green spaces to ensure a sustainable environment for citizens and residents. The park covers 3,372 square metres. It features a walking track, a main children's playground with safety measures, a multi-purpose sports court, and an advanced irrigation system, along with security cameras. Green spaces make up 800 square metres (30% of the park), with 123 trees planted in line with Bahrain's national plan for afforestation. Source: Bahrain News Agency
