Muscat Stock Exchange Closes Lower Amid Increased Trading Value

Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 index ended Monday's trading session at 4,510.56 points, marking a decline of 4.05 points, or 0.09 percent, from the previous session's close of 4,514.60 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day increased significantly, reaching OMR 7,161,743, which represents a rise of 31.2 percent from the last session's value of OMR 5,459,004.

The MSX report highlighted a decrease in market capitalization by 0.127 percent compared to the previous trading day, bringing it to approximately OMR 27.69 billion.
