Muscat Stock Exchange Closes Lower as Trading Value Declines


Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) “30” index concluded Sunday’s trading session at 8,313.98 points, losing 22.9 points, which constitutes a decline of 0.27 percent from the previous close of 8,336.85 points.



According to Qatar News Agency, trading value amounted to OMR 49,730,124, marking a 40.5 percent decrease compared to the prior session’s OMR 83,509,992. Market capitalization went down by 0.155 percent relative to the last trading day, reaching approximately OMR 38.57 billion, as reported in the official document released by the MSX.
