Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index 30 closed on Tuesday at 5,622.23 points, reflecting a decrease of 27.6 points or 0.49 percent compared to the previous close, which was recorded at 5,649.81 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading value for the day was OMR 24,759,844, marking a decline of 2.6 percent compared to the previous session's trading value of OMR 25,427,742. The report also highlighted that the market value experienced a decrease of 0.214 percent, bringing it to approximately OMR 31.27 billion.
