Doha: The Muslim World League condemned the terrorist attack that targeted Syrian security forces and American forces near the Syrian city of Palmyra. Secretary-General of the Muslim World League Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa described the attack as a treacherous terrorist crime, while reaffirming the league's stance rejecting and condemning violence and terrorism in all its forms and pretexts.

According to Qatar News Agency, Dr. Al Issa extended sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and the injured. He expressed full solidarity with Syria in confronting anything that threatens its security and stability.
