Further cooperation will include human resource development through joint training and academic programs. The parties will also explore joint investment opportunities in ports and related services, coordinating with the private sector to support these initiatives.
In addition, the MoU seeks to boost cruise tourism by improving maritime tourism connectivity and promoting Gulf cruises. The agreement also includes international representation through coordinated efforts in maritime organizations and support for initiatives like "Green Ports" and "Safe Maritime Corridors."
