NAIRDC centre obtains ISO 23053:2022 certificate

Manama, Nasser AI Research and Development Center (NAIRDC), the RandD Arm of Nasser Vocational training Centre, has taken a significant leap forward by achieving compliance with the ISO/IEC 23053:2022 standard. This internationally recognized standard establishes a framework for the responsible development and deployment of AI systems, placing NAIRDC at the forefront of ethical and trustworthy AI practices in the region. Dr. Abdulla Naser Al Noaimi, CEO of the Nasser Vocational Training Centre (NVTC) underscored the significance of achieving this accomplishment, which reflects the commitment to develop AI solutions that prioritize ethical principles, human values, and societal well-being. By adhering to the ISO 23053:2022 standard, NAIRDC positions Bahrain as a leader in the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies in the region.
