Doha: NASA announced that astronauts Sunita Williams and Nick Hague successfully completed a spacewalk outside the International Space Station to make repairs on key equipment. The spacewalk began yesterday at 8:01 AM Eastern Time and lasted about six hours. During this time, the astronauts worked on fixing the X-ray telescope and navigation instruments on the station's exterior. According to Qatar News Agency, this marks Nick Hague's fourth spacewalk and Sunita Williams' eighth. Another spacewalk is planned for next week. Currently, International Space Station is hosting a crew of astronauts from various space agencies, including Russian Roscosmos cosmonauts Ivan Vagner, Alexei Ovchinin, and Aleksandr Gorbunov, along with NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams. The crew arrived aboard the first crewed mission of Boeing Starliner spacecraft.
