Doha: The National Committee for International Humanitarian Law convened its second meeting of 2025 at the Ministry of Justice's headquarters, chaired by HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice and Committee Chairman Saeed bin Abdullah Al Suwaidi.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Committee reviewed the outcomes of its first meeting of the year, focusing on proposed activities for 2025, and made necessary decisions to advance these initiatives. Additionally, the Committee discussed potential collaborations with several national committees and institutions to bolster its role in promoting awareness about the provisions and principles of International Humanitarian Law among society and relevant stakeholders.
