HE Mrs. Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah, Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC), has launched NHRC website in its new form, coinciding with Qatar Human Rights Day and 20th anniversary of the Committee’s foundation.
The homepage reflects the Committee’s vision and it is concerned with spreading the culture of human rights in the State of Qatar and adding international and national events of human rights in the form of designs reflecting the human rights’ perspective in both Arabic and English languages.
The homepage includes the important news and events related to human rights, and the news is divided into three news’ sections for NHRC: International human right news, news’ archive, and significant featured news that are still available at the top of the page until other featured news is posted. The public can contact NHRC by either submitting complaints or inquiries.
