Neymar Returns to Brazil Squad for CONMEBOL World Cup 2026 Qualifiers Against Colombia and Argentina

Rio de Janeiro: Neymar da Silva will be back in action against Colombia and Argentina in the CONMEBOL World Cup 2026 qualifiers after having been sidelined for nearly 18 months. The left winger sustained a knee injury during Brazil's 2-0 loss to Uruguay in October 2023.

According to Qatar News Agency, the fifth-spotted side will face fourth-placed Colombia at home on March 20 before taking on leaders Argentina away on March 26. In addition to Neymar, Brazil coach Dorival Junior has called up Real Madrid strikers Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo, along with Barcelona's Rafinha.
