Doha: HE Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah met Tuesday with HE Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Kazem Gharibabadi. The meeting focused on exploring avenues for cooperation on issues concerning children's rights, including education and protection from exploitation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also centered on enhancing dialogue between cultures and religions to foster mutual understanding and tolerance across the region. Both parties emphasized the significance of exchanging cultural events, recognizing their role in promoting mutual respect and cultural diversity.
