Gaza City: Nine Palestinians were martyred and others were injured Thursday in an Israeli airstrike on Jabalia al-Balad, in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, the occupation forces bombed a densely populated market area in the center of Jabalia al-Balad, resulting in the martyrdom of at least nine Palestinians and the injury of several others.

The total number of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 51,305, and the number of injuries to 117,096 since the start of the aggression on Oct. 7, 2023.
