OCA President Participates in Proceedings of 146th IOC Session

Lausanne: HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani, President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and President of Qatar Olympic Committee, participated in the proceedings of the 146th session of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
