Doha: Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Majed bin Mohammad Al Ansari met Sunday with HE Director General of the Middle East Bureau at the Global Affairs Canada Martin Larose, who is visiting the country. During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them, as well as the latest developments in the region, especially in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, in addition to a number of topics of common concern. According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on strengthening bilateral ties and addressing regional issues that are of mutual interest. Both parties emphasized the importance of continuous dialogue and coordination to deal with the current challenges in the region. The meeting highlighted the commitment of both nations to collaborate on diplomatic efforts and share perspectives on ongoing developments in the Middle East.
