Oman, Somalia Explore Ways to Strengthen Food Security Cooperation

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman and Somalia are exploring available investment opportunities to expand the scope of their partnership and achieve mutual interests. This development was discussed during a session of talks between Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources of Oman, and Abdisalam Abdi Ali, Somalia's Minister of Foreign Affairs.

According to Qatar News Agency, the talks addressed several issues of mutual interest. Both parties reviewed ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise, particularly in the field of food security. These discussions aim to foster a stronger collaboration between Oman and Somalia, focusing on sustainable practices and investment in food security measures that could benefit both nations.
