Beirut: One person was killed today in an airstrike carried out by the Israeli entity on a town in southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the Israeli entity launched a drone strike targeting a house in the town of Wati Al-Khiam in southern Lebanon, resulting in the death of one individual.

According to Qatar News Agency, a ceasefire agreement came into effect in Lebanon on November 27, stipulating the withdrawal of Israeli forces from border villages and towns in the south of the country within 60 days. The Lebanese government later agreed to extend the deadline until February 18. However, the Israeli entity has remained in five locations and continues to violate the agreement.
