Tyre: The Israeli fighter jets renewed raids on eastern and southern Lebanon, with the Lebanese Ministry of Health reporting that the Israeli entity launched an airstrike on the city of Tyre, southern Lebanon, which resulted in one fatality and seven injuries.
According to Qatar News Agency, an Israeli airstrike on a house in the town of Qlaileh injured four individuals. Additionally, Israeli warplanes conducted a series of strikes on the valley between Deir Qanon Al-Nahr and Hallousieh, the course of the Serifa River, and the villages of Tairdaba, Serifa, and Zibqin in southern Lebanon.
Furthermore, the Israeli military launched airstrikes on the valley between Deir Al-Zahrani and Kafroun in southern Lebanon, as well as the Saniya Valley in the Jezzine area, while one person was killed, and five others were injured in a series of Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon on Saturday.
On Nov. 27, 2024, a ceasefire deal was enacted, mandating the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon's border villages within sixty days. Lebanon's government later extended the deadline to February 18; however, Israeli troops remained at five positions there.
