Lahore: Pakistan and Canada reaffirmed today their commitment to enhancing the implementation of existing agreements and exploring new avenues for cooperation, given the significant untapped potential in their bilateral relationship.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the sixth round of bilateral political consultations, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening trade and economic cooperation, including providing robust support to businesses, facilitating trade delegations, and enhancing institutional ties.

The two delegations exchanged views on regional and international developments and discussed multilateral issues of mutual interest.

They also agreed to continue holding regular consultations, expressing their confidence that continued cooperation will lead to further progress in their bilateral partnership.
